This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which registration fees for the SmashX1 T10 League may be refunded.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available if the league or your trial is cancelled by the organisers.
• Refund requests made before the registration deadline may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable processing charges.
• No refunds will be issued once the league has commenced or for disqualification due to misconduct.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at smashX1T10league@gmail.com with your registration ID and payment details. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
